Filter Presses
Once you receive the natural oil the impurities have to be removed, and this will lead to a filtering process. This can be done through a Filter Press.
The Filter Press consists of the following items:
- the Filter Frame
- Filter Plates
- Filter Cloth
- Pressure Pump.
Depending on the output requirements of the Filter Press, the quantity and the measurements of the filter plates will change.
Between the Filter Plates are the Filter Cloths, where the liquid can go through. With this process the cloth will retain the necessary impurities of the oil, therefore leaving the oil crystal clear. After some time the Press Cake will be formed, and this will lead to pressure on the Filter Plates and then you should open the plates and release the Press Cake.
